I am a house junkie! I love houses of all shapes and sizes. A perfect Sunday would include attending multiple open houses to see what’s inside and how it matches up to the price. I am a super critic - especially when it comes to floor plans. The flow of a house is so important and I always have something to say on how it can be improved.
I am a registered landscape architect and certified planner. In my experience I have seen many floor plans that looked great in plan view, but the translation into 3-D left much to be desired. I also deisgned my own home in 2003. My love of floor plans, eye for detail, and ability to visualize built form allow me to scrutinize different designs and give valuable insight to someone considering a certain floor plan.
